Study Hall Purpose
The purpose of this study hall is to provide you with an opportunity to prepare, organize, plan, and complete assignments for your classes. Your academics are the most important reason you come to this school. Therefore, your academic progress will be reviewed on a regular basis in this study hall. All students are expected to bring school work to this study hall. If you have all work in, then you will bring something to do quietly (ie. A book, study material, you may knit, etc.). Sleeping is not doing something, it is not considered being productive or preparing in this study hall.
Study Hall Expectations
Consequences
Media Center/Computer Lab Use
The media center and computer labs were designed to give you the student access to literary materials and technology to better complete your work. The use of these facilities is a privilege, not a right.
Each student will be allowed two bathroom passes per quarter. I understand times arise when students need to use the bathroom during Study hall. Students should be able to use the bathroom and get to class on time during the passing time they have been given.
